Close Quarter Combat Training Jan. 10 (10 am - 4 pm)

Marauders Tactical Training is hosting a six hour close quarter combat training program on Saturday, January 10.

The class is being held at the Statewide Assault Airsoft Facility in down town Phoenix (near 4th Ave and Madison).

The program is conducted using airsoft weapons.  Training topics include:

Weapon Safety
Standard and Low Light Marksmanship Training
Individual Movement Techniques
Team Formation and Movement
Dynamic and Deliberate Room Entries
Two and Four Man Room Clearing
Force on Force Exercises

Required Equipment:

Sealed Eye Protection with Full Face Mask for Force on Force Exercises
Shooting Glasses for Firing Range Drills
Uniform or Appropriate Tactical Clothing
Tactical Vest
Airsoft Rifle and Pistol (if available)
Non-Winding Magazines
Tactical Flashlight (weapon mounted light if available)
 
Uniform and training equipment may be rented for $30.

There are 12 spaces available for the CQC Class.  The program is only open to participants 18 and up. Register by sending your name, age, and telephone number to MTTStaff@gmail.com

Directions and waivers will be emailed out to registered participants.

The CQC Event on Jan. 10 will be the first of many public and private events coordinated by Marauders Tactical Training at the Statewide Assault Airsoft Facility.

The next event will be a SWAT Adventure on Jan. 31
A zombie game based upon Resident Evil be hosted in late February

Some events will be posted on the AA Forums as well.

As this is a training event with a cap of 12 students, it should not effect the game on the 10th.

The CQC Training will give airsoft players in Phoenix more options for this weekend if they don't feel like driving to far as the event is centrally located.

Hope the Phantom Airsoft event goes well.

Registration for the CQC Training Program will close on Friday (Jan. 9) at 8 pm.

Participants will receive a discounted admission to a future MTT event at Statewide Assault Airsoft Facility.

The next event will be a SWAT Adventure on Jan. 31.
