I just emailed the host of this event, about specific information about this event, and after having heard what he said, well, I KNOW I'm going, how about the rest of you guys? Here is what I first emailed him, and then his response:

Is it really true that this is going to be held in a real missle silo? Just wanted to verify this early, so I dont start propogating more rumors amongst the airsoft community that aren't necessarily true.
Thanks!

Yup.
It sure is. I have access to an authentic Atlas Missle Base consisting of two seperate facilities near each other. We'll have both outdoor combat and indoor CQB inside the underground C&C (command & control) center.
I'll put you on the mailing list so you get the info when the site is ready. I can tell you it will be a three day event, cost $100, and consist of sponsors, prizes, military vehicles, special effects... Just wait until you see what I do with the underground complex. Can anyone say night vision and lasers :-)
I'll keep you posted.
Dave
SO, anyone up for the trip?! Its Oct. 25-27.

The complexity of a weapon is inversely proportional to the IQ of the weapon's operator.
