So I've been working with Frank the producer of BLACK and he has agreed to film Season 2 in Arizona. However, he is looking for the following assets.

Office
Warehouse
Parking Structure

Dates Needed: Sometime between Jul 27 and Aug 3rd.

This is a low budget production some not much to offer besides very grateful crew and credit on the film. Email me at mark (at) Tactical MilSim .com if you can help

You can check out their website here:

Yes, Blacksheep does put on a great event. I have been helping him ideas on several events. I turned him on to Camp Navajo because his background should help cut through the red tape.

Wow, that is a beautiful piece of work there. I remember when we first got them and the wood color was a brownish green stain of some kind. We couldn't wait to paint them, lol.

General Off-Topic Discussion / Upcoming 3 mile Spartan Sprint - 10 Feb 2013
« on: February 01, 2013, 08:59:44 AM »
For those who do not know the Spartan Sprint is just like the Warrior Dash. And if you don't know what the Warrior dash go Google it. I'm not your daddy!

So here is the deal. We (American Pankration) are really good friends with the owner of the Spartan Races and he has given us 1000 tickets for Sunday to do what ever we like. Therefore, we are going to be giving them away at the event in exchange for a donation to several charities. $5, $10, $20, whatever you would like to donate. The tickets are normally $120 so here is your chance to get in for much less. Just show up at the American Pankration booth on Sunday morning and make your donation. First come first severed.

We are also putting on a Bikini Contest & Jello Wrestling Event next Sunday Night 2/10 from 10pm-2am. After our athletes are done racing and beating people down with pugit sticks at the finish line of the Spartan Race there will be an after party fundraising event Sponsored by the School of Rock on Mill Ave, in Tempe, AZ. Procedes from the bar and admission will go to a variety of charities through Creekside Outreach such as: Wounded Warrior Project, Green Beret Foundation, CSOR-Disabled Veterans, Spartan Shield PTSD Program, and Save Roman. If interested in taking part in this non-sense to raise money, please come out. If you mention AP Spartan Nation at the door it is a $5 cover charge. In the main area with the DJ and Jello pit is 18 & over, and 21 and over must have wrist band to get into back bar area.

See you guys there!

Hey Guys, I'm working on a new project over at TACSIM Media Group with MSG Mullen. We have put together a tactical primary qualification course that will not only get you qualified to fly the SF-10A Canopy but also conduct a mass tac jump with your airsoft gear into a live mission as your last jump. The course runs from 11-17 MAR 2013. we are going to have VIP's there such your JumpMasters MSG Mullen whom you all know and Capt. Spinelli of the Italian Airborne. You will also have Igor Dorboff, and Ranger Hall of Fame Inductee Gary O'Neil.

You will be jumping out of Tico Bell, a WWII C-47 that made jump runs during D-Day and Operation Market Garden. You will learn to pack your chute, secure your gear for jumping and learn tactics surrounding special operations airborne operations. I know it is short notice but the last day to pay is 15 Feb 2013. If you have any questions you can call me at 602.435.7508 or visit www.AirborneMilSim.com

Hit it!

Exactly, go ahead and register so that we can get the scenarios organized and you still have time to pay. But we do have to order the ammo and special ammo for the Barrett is a bit pricey...

2012 Spartan Tactical Challenge I - (SPARTAC)

Date: 7-9 Sept 2012
Location: Camp Spartan, Prescott, AZ
Cost: $130.00 (Covers admission and ammunition)

Summary: The Spartan Tactical Challenge is designed to mix short tactical scenarios with interesting challenges such as rappelling, live fire courses, and hand to hand combatives. This is a one of a kind event where you will not only get to engage in force on force missions but also learn and play with new skills at your own pace. Many of our instructors are prior special operations members that will be fighting along side your team in the tactical scenarios as well as instructing through the challenges. This course is developed only to push you as far as your teams wants to go. No pressure, just a lot of tired fun!

Tactical Missions: These missions will be designed as force on force scenarios using airsoft equipment. You will be issued a Operational Order (OPORD) prior to the event along with any necessary Fragmentation Orders (FRAGO) prior to the initial mission deployment.

Special Missions: These mission will give you tasks to recover, protect, or destroy your objective before the enemy can. You will be issued a FRAGO with the necessary information.

Advanced Missions: Throughout the day teams will be given FRAGOs that will send them to accomplish advanced missions. These missions will involve a rappelling course and a hand to hand course. The rappeling course is designed for both beginners and advanced students. Don't worry if you are new to rappelling, we will be happy to teach you as we will have several lines setup. For those who are comfortable in rappelling we will teach you Australian style and have targets or opposing forces (OPFOR) setup to test your ability to shoot and move over steep terrain. Again it is up to you as to how far you want to go. We will also have a series of tactical live fire courses. These courses will give you the opportunity to learn how to shoot and move at the same time. We will also have a long range course where you will get to shoot a 50cal. Barrett M82 as well as other specialized rifles. The hand to hand combatives mission will give you to opportunity to learn some of the basic grappling that we teach to the special operations community. You will also have the opportunity to wrestle with your teammates in your full gear. (Minus your hard points such as radios, weapons, knives, etc.) Dont worry if you have never done this. That is the point. most have never tried it until they were in combat. That's a bit too late. Just remember you are here to have fun and gain new experiences.

Schedule:

In order to accomplish this challenge we have broken up the event into several missions. This will allow the teams to change up tasks and reduce down time and keep the terrain from wearing out the teams as we have seen in past events.

Here are some pictures from the field.

The date seams to work for just about everyone which is good cause we hate moving an event.

Also I want to put out a question to everyone. As we are working on the scenarios, is there any particular mission or scenario you would like to see?

14
NOTE: Due to the extreme fire restrictions in effect as well as scheduling conflicts, we feel that it is in the best interest of the players to move the event to 9-11 Sept 2011. We apologize on behalf of mother nature and a few others. If you have any questions just let us know.
