Official Airsofter1 Game, 09 JUN 07, OP: Hard Bean 8

Location: Mt Ord.  Located approximately 34 miles north up Hwy 87 (Beeline) from the intersection of Hwy 87 and Shea Blvd in Fountain Hills.  It is 3-4 miles past the turn off to Bushnell Tanks.  Keep your eyes open after that.
GPS coordinates for the turn off:  33°55'16.86"N  111°27'17.29"W
There is a sign that says "Mt Ord", make a right there.  Turning left is the wrong way.  Go up that road for approx 6 miles.  The staging area will be to your right up a slight embankment.  If you reach the end of the road (blocked by a gate) you have gone too far.  The parking area is back about 300-400 yards from there.

Time: Early; meeting point at the Conoco gas station at 7am.  Head out for the AO at 0730.

The Rules: All AA rules apply, 18+.

The set up:  The nations of Green and Tan have long since been mortal enemies.  A new vein of the rare element known as "Oranginus Conius" has been discovered in the long contested region of Mt. Ord.  Small special operation units from the Nation of Green have been deployed to the area to secure a foot hold for a larger force to follow.  Unknown to them though is a small observation post that has been set up by the Nation of Tan for sometime now in the same area.  Tan QRF reinforcements are inbound to the outpost.  With tensions already high, war is imminent...

Don't worry, because Roberts going to be in town the following weekend I will host another game then also.  But if you can't make that game, expect Hard Bean 17 to be way cool.  We have a ton of way cool stuff planned for that event!  I don't want to give away too much, but we are in the planning stages right now to try and secure a new secret MOUT facility and procure the use of several soviet era aircraft along with a ride for all the players in a submarine for a beach assault scenario!!!!  woot woot
