Your gun will be fine, just as long as you don't drop it in a lake or something.  Wipe it down with a cloth and let it sit in a corner where the air can get to it.

Just to be sure as well if you can dissasemble it. That way if there is something wrong (which I doubt) you can issolate the problem quickly.

Water and AEGs-I always bring plenty to any airsoft game I attend!  Both good-to-have. [:P]

First of all, water won't make it "break".  Well, maybe if it is left in a frozen and shifting pond for a winter in MN...

AEGs and Water

Wellme and my brother were out playing airsoft today on redington pass and a slight drizzle started to come down at first. Then it got a little stormier (sp?) and I told my brother we had to stop because the rain was coming down. My gun is fine, but I would like to know about how much rain a CA m15a4 or any type of gun can take because I don't like to drive 1 hour only to have it rain on my parade. Also i tried to take the duck tape off my mags and cover up the holes on the top, but then I thought that it might seep in through another way and my gun would break. ANy help would be appreciated. I know this is the desert and we don't get a lot of water, but on the mountain where I play airsoft, they get a lot more than the tucson area!
