Looks nice. It might be just me, but if you could make it bigger (looks too skinny) it would be awesome. That, or get another PVC pipe, and drill holes in it so from a distance it looks like those QD Suppressors. Maybe stencil on 5.56 MM or something to give it the finishing touch. Nice job! How much did it cost?

It looks good.  Looks long too.  I bet it does a good job of suppressing the report though!  The main reason I don't use a supressor very often on my Airsoft rifle is that it makes the rifle too long to manuver in tight places.

Which is also why I'm doing the shorter barrel on my supressed weapon.

It cost me about $6. I know it is skinny, but I wanted to put anothe pipe over it and I actually was going for the QD stuff. However I couldn't find pipe big enough to work with it. I am hoping on filling it with styrofoam and adding move pvc pipe to the outside. My brother said we could get some print your own decals, but they have to be mail order so they might take a while. It only took me an hour to make and I was bored anyways. Thx for your replies!!

it is over the orange falsh hider, but sadly I had to cut the orange one in half for it to work, but it can still be used as a tip. Thx again for all the praise.

I still just don't understand the point of a silencer for an airsoft gun...anyone? For a real gun I can understand.

Actually it isn't really a silencer, suppressor would be the correct term because it does not silence the noise it just dampens it, there is still noise.
I got chewed out by one of my gun buddies for calling it a silencer.[:)]

No, not a dis.  He's just saying it might come loose.

If I had a nicle for every supressor I made, I'd be a rich dude!  [8D]  I trust the work of G&P more than my own.

Home-made silencer

Well, I saw how much the mock silencers on sites such as precision airsoft were and I decided to make my own with my brothers help. I think it turned out good. Judge for yourself. It is made out of pvc pipe, plastic sheets, and an aluminum tube.
