budget isnt really an issue, and of course I plan on doing it the right way  ;).
and tinkering is my favorite thing to do.

AGAIN thanks so much for the quick reply's and helping!!!
My stock gears should hold up fine for quite some time ( semi only & I intend to shoot around 20 bb's per day of play)
I heard that helical gears are much quieter do you have any input or experience on that?
& what u.s. based retailer would you suggest for a lonex motor?
I plan on running a foam filled suppressor ( I currently have the suppressor and I am gonna mess around with some materials for inserts)
I am going to foam as much of the gun I can and do a few more things I will keep to my self for now ;)
I have used a silent head and I would say it deepens the sound sig a bit
and what cylinder head/ piston head combo would you reccoment, Keep in mind I will be running a relatively high fps set up

I appreciate all the input Green Listerine you're awsome! After researching the R-hop/Er-hop I am now very interested in trying one out.
Have you personaly used one?
I am Kind of Iffy about the stock compression parts on this gun the Nozzle looks like cheap quality clear plasic, and the nozzle head looks alright. I plan on perfecting oring fitment after everything arrives.
Another goal of mine I forgot to list above is making this Gun as quiet as possible, Mostly that is tinkering though.
The stock piston looks pretty nice actually, But I am some what thinking of trying out a Silent Piston head for my set up, I heard the Angel customs one Is actually worth getting.
Are Pom piston heads much quieter than alum?
Would an alluminum Nozzle be Louder than a Pom one?
and How much Louder would you say a Lonex motor/any motor with NEO magnets be than say a TM Eg1000?
so new upgrade list includes the following
New air nozzle (I have had great experiences with Guarder parts in the past)
Metal 7mm bushings (are ball bering quieter than Non?)
New piston head
New cylinder (the stock one is ported/I would like a new smoother one)
ER Hop /M nub (aside from getting it machined I have heard of people just using a small file and chipping away at the cut slowly)

First off I would like to say thank you for your help ahead of time and I really appreciate any and all input on this build.
I just had a few questions concerning a high fps build, and would really like some input.
My goal is to have a 450-500 fps Semi Auto with instant trigger responce
and the ability to take accurate long distance shots.
The base gun is a dboy Spr Mk12 Mod 0
here is what I plan on doing
Prommy 6.03 520mm or 590mm (I heard anything after 500mm really doesnt make much of a diffence)
High torque gear set of some sort (need advice)
High torque Motor (need advice)
Deans
new metal hopup (need advice)
thinking about Prommy Neo strike chamber
New nub (need advice)
Magic box bucking or fire fly hard
Magic box Air nozzle
Magic box Cylinder head
Magic box Cylinder
Magic box piston
Magic box piston head
Magic box spring guide
Magic box bushings
What kind of wireing would you guys reccomend to rewire the gearbox/gun?
What battery would you reccomend? (never owned a lipo/kind of prefer the simplicity of nimh/nicad)
What else would you reccomend for trigger responce?
How much would I benefit from installing a Mosfet?
and last but not least What bb's would you reccomend? I would like to stay away from madbull

Spring, for the simplicity of the platform and  consistency.

Hpa rigs can be nice and consistent but I don't like running a remote line, it just feels unrealistic.

Like the title says I am returning to the sport and would like to take on a few more projects, I am only looking for vsr platforms at the moment so please no Aps/L96 guns
