Over a year has passed since we've done a swapmeet and it is time to correct that.

2008 Fully Armored Military HMMWV. as NEW, shows 858 Miles. Data plate reads, Truck, Utility : Interim Armored, Command and Control / General PRP Veh , 4 X 4  ( M1165A1 W/B3 ) DOD 11/08

This HMMWV was purchased new by a Military contractor to display and test product, the electronic demo equipment seen in the photos will be removed with no physical or operational impact to the vehicle. The Model M1165A1 HMMWV includes Dual AIR CONDITIONING units, Fire suppression system, underbody armor , rocker armor , lower windscreen deflector armor and energy absorbing ( A2 ) seats as standard. With the B3 option, the vehicle adds perimeter armor, overhead armor, a rear ballistic bulkhead, optional side and door perimeter protection, front cowl and wheel well protection and a single movement combat lock ( SMCL ) . The weight with all this protection climbs to 12,100 pounds. It maintains the 6.5L V8 turbocharged diesel with 190-HP and a Max speed of 70 mph. This is a very nice ( As  NEW ) and very rare Vehicle as I am not aware of any others in civilian ownership.

I would suspect this is the only one out there like this in that it was probably not ever owned by the government and so there should not be that specter of "they might decide to take it back" that exists with most privately owned military vehicles.



With all that armor, it weighs almost as much as my deuce and half does.

Somebody here should buy it, its only $154,000.00.  Knowing our government, thats probably half price!

Is there really anyone out there that doesn't just get all/both?  I buy games that I know are going to be kind of stupid, but still somehow want to play.  I even play through the dumb ones for some reason.

Advice is exactly what I was seeking, and comming from someone with as much experience as yourself, would be welcomed. I live in a two story house, with many dogs and people living in it. The only problem I have with buckshot is the resulting penetration that could possibly hurt someone besides who the shot is intended for.

This is an issue with any firearm and to attempt to deal with it as an equipment issue rather than a training issue is folly.
