yeah i would listen to what tantrick said. try craigslist. i got my gun there from some dude who had no clue about it and didn't want it for 75bucks. and he also included a lot of things with the guns too. otherwise. you not going to find a good gun for the pricing.

After owning my CYMA mp5 and working on my friend's ICS, I can fairly say that the cyma is at least %20 nicer at a lower price. Metal bushings and everything, even came shimmed.

Wanting to buy rifles for around $100 that shoot at least 400 with .12g and will not accept any brands like CYMA, DBOYS, Classic Army, or AGM.

Will also accept sniper rifles, just PM me the info.

Pistols: no hi capas, at least shoot 300 with .2g for around $40-$60 depending on quality and accessories like spare mags and such.

Yes i know that, and btw classic army in my mind right now isnt good because i personally upgrade guns and classic army recently doesnt seem to have a good reputation with that.

Won't accept Classic Army, but will accept Echo 1 (as long as it's under $100 dollars)?  How are you getting to where you would need to pick up?  Are your parents or your "men" driving you?  And I know Walmart sells a lot of .12g BBs, but that doesn't make them an industry standard by any means.
