Or some sort of netting for that matter. The only issue I could potentially see is some idiot aiming his gun up in the air and shooting.

Let me just say I'm 16, and I am ecstatic about a place where I can go to play airsoft: One nearby, Two without dealing with only the some of the really young and annoying section of my age group, Three that has an utterly panoramic senery for events to be hosted in.   I would go to play here even if I had to pay $100 dollars to participate in an event, because this place is so breathe takingly awesome.

Probably someone under 18, I'm 16 but even i'm not stupid enough to vote no because they were talking 18 + only. But anyways I would say the only thing you might potentially have a problem with is someone falling in the bumper boats area. Other than maybe putting a fence around the dropoff you should keep everything playable, it only adds to the realism.

It looks like a great spot, with the owners concurrence, permitting, attorneys, rental and insurance should hopefully not run over a couple of hundred thousand and it appears to be somewhere that most any one in the valley can access...

Some one that has the time and dedicated interest should be putting a business plan together...

One other thought, as it is east of Pima Rd is it on the Indian Reservation...

Yeah that would be fun.... Really sucks about fiddlesticks.. but still cool for airsoft

its in the pavilions, which im pretty sure is owned by talking stick resort people and run by a leasing company... I would be under the impression that all this land is owned by them....

The Pavilions and surrounding lands are tribal property, east of Pima rd is tribal property and the tribe is the lease holder... The tribe would have the final say...
