Edit* Price reduced to $115 OBO

Selling my old favorite KSC USP GBB. I got out of airsoft a while ago, but couldn't sell it because I still liked to plink with it. Since I haven't used it in a while, it is time to say goodbye. The pistol is in good condition. It has obvious signs of wear to the paint.

What you get:
KSC USP (Upgraded metal slide/ spring).
Non-threaded metal barrel (yes a second metal barrel).
Original plastic barrel/ slide/ spring (blaze orange tip).
2 mags.
Original box/ accessories.

$115 OBO. If you pick up from my place in mesa you can have the rest of my Green Gas too. (~2.5 cans).
If you want it shipped, you pay shipping.

Pictures

With the metal barrels I get ~2.5 mags full before I have to reload the gas. If you put a fake silencer or something heavy on the end of the threaded barrel, you will probably only get 1 mag.

Ok I have all this Airsoft Stuff just sitting at home. I haven't played airsoft in forever and since I am a Marine stationed in Okinawa, Japan I can't take the stuff there (as airsoft guns are now prohibited for all Marines on Oki).

PICS BELOW

I have a lot of crap and I haven't fired it in a year. Last thing I did to it was put a Hurricane body kit on it, and I was in the process of ironing out the bugs in the weapon. In any case I have at least a grand worth of stuff here. There is a badass high torque gear set in the gun, have upgraded all the internals minus the gearbox itself. Comes with lots of extra parts. Has m120 spring in it, m120s ready. New hopup, new barrel. 4 std TM mags, 1 hi-cap CA mag, and 1 hi-cap vietnam style TM mag. 2 9.6 v batteries.

Also included is the M203 launcher with a shitty shell. Launcher works PERFECT. Just need some shells for it. Keep the broken one for parts.

I just want to get rid of this stuff, I have to go back to Oki in 2 weeks so take it off my hands ASAP. I give no garuntees about the condition of the equipment and you take it AS IS.

If you want to test it out, bring a charged battery as I no longer own an airsoft battery charger. I'm located in Phoenix and you have to work with my schedule. My leave is like gold to me.

General Airsoft Discussion / Airsoft in Japan
« on: August 16, 2006, 02:56:52 AM »
Hey Gents,
It's been a while since I've been on the forums, but I just thought I would let you know that the USMC is making airsoft guns a prohibited item in Japan. That means you can't take them onto a Marine Corps base, keep them in your barracks (or even the armory as we used to do), or even own one at your private residence in Japan.

I see Japanese kids riding around on bikes hauling AEGs around like it was cool, but we Marines can't own them because someone decided to shoot some nationals with the guns.

Just goes to show you that even the most hardcore gunclub out there will turn on airsoft if it is abused.

Stay smart.

Hey, I just got back from boot camp. I thought I would see how you guys were doing. It appears that the airsoft community is still live and well. I head out to MCT this coming Tuesday... no time for airsoft. Ohh well.

Keep up the good work you guys.

General Off-Topic Discussion / Thank You Airsoft Arizona.
« on: August 13, 2005, 11:20:08 PM »
I'm leaving for USMC bootcamp in 1 day and I just wanted to give a quick thank you to all of you involved in the airsoft community.

I know there are a lot of airsoft enthusiests in Arizona, but I must say, from all that I have been a part of, Airsoft Arizona embodies the most of what I consider to be the true spirit of the game. I have only really played with all of you like once, at OP ColdBurn (one which I will never forget), but I had a k-rad time just handing out on the boards and being an airsoft-hobbyist.

I can not tell you guys how much I have learned in the years I have been watching the boards. This place is beyond a doubt, one of the friendliest and most helpful airsoft sites out there. I have no doubt that it will continue to be a leading resource for airsofters, worldwide.

Most of all, I want to thank the guys that have been running this show. All of you Admins who take care of the boards especially Jason (paco), Kamikazie, Matt (Raith), azsarge, and Harley (wherever he went). I know you guys do a lot, but keep on doing it, the airsoft community needs you. Also, those of you who are out there actually hosting/ organizing games, you are the lifeblood of airsoft.

Guys, take care of my favorite sport. Be safe. Be smart. Have fun.

If you're like me, you have been waiting all summer for the Crossroads gunshow.

It will be held this Saturday (23rd) through this Sunday (24th) at the AZ State Fairgrounds.

Print the $1.00 off cupon here:
http://www.crossroadsgunshows.com/guncoupn.htm

This is the big one, it usually has the most stuff to look at... so you'll get a good show. Ohh yeah, and don't forget to carpool; parking at the fairgrounds is like $6- $7.

General Off-Topic Discussion / Big in Japan
« on: June 17, 2005, 06:56:49 AM »
Ahh, I just got back from my trip to Japan, and let me say... it was great.

What a beautiful country. Anyways, I had better stick to airsoft stuff here. So I kind of went there looking for whatever airsoft stuff I could find, but I rarely ran across it.

I brought back a copies of Military Toys magazine and Toygun Arms magazine (which are awesome). I'll take them down to the JT some time and show 'em off. My favorite is Toygun Arms. It has a lot of detailed info about some of the newer GBB's. Basically that's all it has... and it's all in Japanese, but I can still kinda tell when they think the gun is kick a**.

Actual airsoft guns were very rare. In a total of 2 toy/ novelty shops out like the 100 I visited, I found a small collection of springers, but nothing special.

Anyways, I hardly had enough time to look for airsoft stuff anyways. I was always trying to keep up with our perky Japanese tour guide.

I did, however, manage to satisfy my taste for all things Armored Core and Ghost in the Shell. I think I'm the first kid on my block to own a copy of Armored Core: Nine Breaker. Now all I need is a Japanese PS2. Maybe someone here knows a little bit about modifying PS2's to work with games from other regions...  :?:

I'll get some pics of the airsoft magazines posted in a while... I have to scan them in.

General Off-Topic Discussion / Recreating MGS3
« on: May 10, 2005, 03:10:57 AM »
My friend and I are fans of the MGS series. We decided to do some MGS scenes... I just thought I'd share a couple of the better pics, to show our dedication.

MGS3 Didn't have P90's in it, but MGS2 did, so our recreation of this "desert" scene kida sucks (it's not desert at all),
but I like how it turned out.

Here's one of my friend (Snake) doing a little hunting. No animals were harmed during the filming of these pictures.

AEG's / Quick questions about M16 type metal bodies.
« on: May 09, 2005, 04:27:11 PM »
First I'm choosing between G&P and Hurricane metal bodies. Any reasons why I should take one over the other?

Second, I had heard that there were some metal bodies that had trouble with M16 standard mags... anybody know what brand(s) it/ they were.

General Off-Topic Discussion / Soldier w/ political commentary

Incase you can't make it out:
The patch with the words on it says "Doing the work of".

Doesn't do a whole lot for his overall camo though.  :D

I just thought I would remind everyone that May 8th (a Sunday) is Mother's Day. That gives everyone about a week to get something together for your mom/ wife (w/ kids).

Usually, I forget until someone say something the day of, but this year I'm planning ahead because it's my last one I'll be spending at home.

Do something nice for the mothers you know... they deserve it.

General Off-Topic Discussion / SWAT 4
« on: April 10, 2005, 11:08:02 PM »
Mmmm SWAT 4. I bought the full, retail version of the game today. I must say, I am very pleased. If you haven't tried the demo, download it  here:
ftp://ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/swat4/d ... emo_en.exe

For those of you who remember SWAT 3, I dare say that you will be more than pleased with the latest release of the SWAT series. SWAT 4 is a little bit more user friendly than SWAT 3. The command system seems to be a little more streamlined, and the graphics are up to par with most of today's other FPS games. What I liked was the lighting; combined with the textures, it gives the game a feeling of reality.

SWAT 4 lacks the sheer multitude of weapons that SWAT 3 had, but it pretty much covers all the bases (SMG's, Assault Rifles, Shotguns, & Pistols). Sniping is a whole different kind of system with outside snipers. I wouldn't be suprised if a future patch put in some more player weapons, since there already seem to be models for enemies.

Single player missions are very fun. There's plenty of action and you get to use your head. There are usually many ways to approach the level you are on, so the game definitely has replay value.

Multiplayer is great. You just can't go wrong with co-op in this game. It gets a little slow when you die and have to wait for everyone else (I do a lot of dying  :(  ), but when you can work together, there's never a dull moment.

I will say, this game needs some kind of voice-chat capability, and the command menus seem to be kind of inadequate for MP. Hopefully a patch will address these issues. Just try the demo and see this game for yourself.

Gas Powered Guns / Very tiny O-rings inside of m203 valve stem
« on: March 31, 2005, 08:39:21 PM »
Inside the valve stem of the MM M203 grenades there is a little o-ring, having an outside diameter of around 2mm. I was told I could find replacements for it in Bic lighters (2 lighters later... no o-ring).

If anyone has or knows where to get those little o-rings, let me know. In the mean-time, I'm going to break some more lighters.  :)
