...Take switzerland for example. They're VERY class 3 friendly. Most citizens own automatic weapons, and some even carry their auto weapons. Murder rate by guns? Nil....

true but i heard and the reason for that is for one the government requires them to have a firearm in their house for defense but the numbers are so low becz know one knows how to use them.

But how can you take a country seriously when their army has a cork screw on its knife?

I actually wanted to comment on the irony of weapons laws in the NE (Massachusetts born, CT raised, NY for higher education, HTF did I get out here?).  Most of the major firearms companies are located in the NY/CT area, and yet such strict laws, I always found it ironic.

To whit though, pistols are the main negative in the northeast.  It is tough to get permits for those.  But for everything else, no problem to be honest.  And before you all think the NE is just one big city, trust me, there is a lot more out there, and a hell of a lot of gun owners.  Even in NYC it is legal to own firearms (but no airsoft!), but pistols are very hard to come by (CCW laws are very tough to get around).

And I am not continuing the "fight", but I love firearms, mostly for target shooting, which is a sport I hope to further as I make my own money out here and not have to rely on my GFs father for my target supplement lol.

EDIT: Oh, and Ares, watch Robin Williams Live on Broadway (if you haven't already), and you will laugh hysterically at that reference next time.  That and how Biathalons are akin to Norweigan drive-bys.
