The JBU and Madbull rails are the same rail, except with slightly different threading on the barrel lug and trademarks.  In fact, I would put money on JBU being the OEM for the rail.The Madbull has their own trades eteched into the rail, the JBU has Olympic Arms trades engraved into the rail.    I've got 4 of the JBU rails in various lengths and oldgamefreak has a Madbull version that I sold him.

I have 2 of the mad bulls now. Fit and finish are great. but if your going to put it on an ICS you will need to do a bit of work first. I got my M-4 length from X and my M-16 length from Ron at Gear Box. Ron was stocking them for a while and he probably still is. You should go and see him about them. he had like 4 diffrent sizes.
