I appreciate the honesty, and the want to begin again.
Here are a few pointers:
Don't make new threads, just read and read and read. It is pretty easy to get the general feeling of people on this site toward certain issues, by reading similar posts. If you really have a question, send me a PM. I know that the search function is difficult to use, but most of us that have been on this site have it figured out pretty well, and have good memories of what is here, just ask.
Don't put up a defense when someone gives you criticism, and do not lash back. Take the criticism as constructive and move on, if you want to think differently that is fine, we got that from your first post. If you feel strongly that someone has wronged you, ask someone about it in a PM to a higher ranking person.
Get to know people on the boards, not on the boards. There is so much to be gained by going to the Gearbox and introducing yourself to those of us that frequent there. Often the tone in which we speak in posts seems blunt and harsh, in person we have more time to explain why we feel that way and how we came to that opinion, that is not expressed in a paragraph.
Most of us are keen at being bullshit bloodhounds, I am not military and make no qualms about being anything but a guy who maybe has done a few neat things, but I can smell it when someone is spewing out BS, mil or not. DO NOT LIE, airsoft is as much about being honest as it is about throwing plastic bbs at each other, you will be exposed whether you know it or not and reputations stick.
