You must follow orders from a higher rank during battle. Failure to do so will result in punishment. We use a three strike rule. 1st offense of not following orders, is a firing squad for 3 seconds, in which you may wear your full battle gear. 2nd offense, is also a 3 second firing squad, however you will be in your boxers and one T-shirt.

Sounds cute....and slightly homo-erotic. Count me in!

great looking website, don't really like the business terms though... business and military don't tend to get along.  How about using the ranks appropriately, instead of having a bunch of O-6s.  In reality that position would be the leader of the group, especially in a small group and there would only be one, if that.  Basically most small ops groups would have a Capt (O-3) leading the group and then have a bunch of enlisted and maybe two Lts below him.  If I'm wrong someone at the Fort can correct me, I didn't deal much with Army/USMC/Air ranks that much but I believe that's how it's set up.  My group was actually only one OIC a LT (O-3), one Senior Chief (E-8), two E-6s and two E-5s... so yeah, umm.  Other than the rank FUBAR, I'd say it looks really good.  Nice website and good luck recruiting!

You may get more flak though on the ambigiously gay disciplinary actions... yeah... definitely. :D

Or you could have Boss, XO, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Team Leaders. Since your not getting paid I doubt you need Pay Grades.

those always work, they're the primary nicknames for those guys anyways, no matter what rank they are.
