It found it's way in my hand after a 14 year old kid decided to shoot in the staging area as we were setting up a crono. It was am echo 1 cpw it cronoed at 560 fps the pellet is still in my hand and I need to see a hand specialist because the nerves have wrapped around it.

Some fields still the old 400 fps with .20, most games and organizers use 375 w/ .25 these days. Unless you're talking about LC which is the odd man out with 366 w/ .25 which translates to 1.55J.

If you still follow the old 400 fps .20g FPS rules then this chart applies (1.48J)

I think it's funny how I see games with fps limits at either 400 with .20s or 375 with .25s because those values aren't equivalent. I shoot exactly 375 with .25s, so I get into those places with a mag of .25s, but if I chronoed with .20s, I wouldn't get in..... But then again half of those games say they'll chrono, but they end up not at all.... It's funny.
