It's the AK that is the bullpup, but I've never heard of a bullpup AK either...

There is a Bullpup version of the real SVD.  I have a picture of the real thing somewhere.  I'll post it when I find it.

The SVD in a bullpup configuration is made by KBP - a manufactureer of very special weapons, located in Tula. Otz-03-SVU is the rifle you mention. It is purely SPECOPS rifle in cal. 7.62x54R. Overall length is 900 mm, barrel length of 508 mm. Effective range 800 m. Mag capacity 10 rds.

UN Company also sells the Bullpup AK, but that Bullpup SVD is just plain WRONG!

The Dragunov bullpup looks to me like it's only a cosmetic change: removing the full stock, adding a little pad back there for shouldering and adding a pistol grip to the rear of the foregrip.  It may be oversimplifying it, but that looks like that's all it is.

WHy would he sell it for half price if it is almost brand new. That seems awfuly fishy to me. I have seen more impressive guns than that aswell.
