Title: Official Airsofter1 Game! 20JAN07, OP: Lets Get Harry!

Time: Meet at the Chevron Gas Station at Anthem at 0800, we will caravan from there promptly at 0830 for the AO. The field is 6 miles down Bloody Basin Road, an improved dirt road. Cars are ok as long as you keep the wheels on the road.

The Story:
Green vs. Tan
The Tan Army has been encroaching beyond their own borders into the Nation of Green for sometime now. They claim right to the land they are attempting to occupy. The Nation of Green has mobilized a special task force to block this intrusion within their borders. War will soon determine who will claim right to the land in question... if it does not consume it.

Green patterns vs Tan patterns. Universal patterns will be lumped together and placed for balance. PM, email, call, or post your team preference.

All AA rules apply, 18+.

Yes, its an official AA game, thus you must be 18 to attend.

He just did. Can you just clarify the address of the Chevron and about where the Bloody Basin road is. I mapped it but couldn't find it.

I don't travel up there much, furthest I've been is to New River for a dog. Sorry for my geographic inepitude.

Bloody Basin is an exit off the Interstate 17 north of the sunset point.

Considering my past experiences with cars on dirt roads, a lift up to the AO from the chevron would be greatly appreciated if any of you could spare the room.

Ultimately, it's up to the game planners to decide. If a vote is in order, I would vote for "medic rules". Let's see if anyone else is interested.

Sorry, I like to be vague with the directions. It weeds out the weak and feeble.

Bloody Basin Rd is north of Sunset Point and Badger Springs Rd, and south of Cordes Junction/Hwy 69 exit. When you get to the exit go east to go on Bloody Basin Road, turning west takes you to Crown King. You can wait at the entrance to Bloody Basin or continue to AO if you feel confident finding it. The AO is approx 6 miles down the dirt road located in dry river bed. It is approx 30 minutes away from the gas station at Anthem, so expect that group to be there around 0900 to 0915ish.

Every game I've been to we meet at a gas station, but someone will always get to the AO and declare "I'm almost out of gas."

Grats to the Tan team for taking both games, you guys did a great job!!

Green team, lots of new guys that had the sand to throw down!! Mortar Awesome!! And nice runnin' with some guys I haven't had the cance to play with for awhile.

And that AO is just plain Fun!!

Post by: -MAD- SARGE on January 20, 2007, 08:26:26 PM: I had a good time. Green did a good job of keeping up a good defense. Made us work for it. I love working against a challenge. Those guys on the hill side made it hard for us to advance on the second objective. Good to see old and new friends again.

Though, some "newer" people need to learn that when they are out, they need a death rag on and leave the field to go to the regen area. Some just stayed standing where they died with no rag on. FYI you will be shot again and again and again. What a concept, LoL. Plus the fact that you are causing a distruption to the field.

On a good note, I heard a lot of people saying, "Good Shot" or "Good Job" out there. That is great, it is a game to have fun with friends.

Yeah that Motar had some range! Now you just need to work on accuracy. Or maybe not, I just never got lucky enough to be hit by one.
