Just an idea

Hi all--I am brand new to the game (yet to play my first one) and new to this forum.

I inadvertantly got to reading a post, and got into reading it so much that I failed to even notice the dates, and sent a reply to it!

I now know this is a bozo-nono- and frowned upon. SORRY...

So my suggestion is that OLD postings that are considered closed and useless either be dumped or maybe made a different color after a period of time, so that it would be obvious that it is dated and should not be replied to.

I saw the post about ressurection, and as an old (Paintball) player, I thought you meant ressurection as in a game. The term ressurection/reincarnation was used a lot to denotete coming back into a game after sitting out a period of time after getting shot.


Anyway.....Just an idea.

Posting on an old thread is fine - as long as what you're posting has relevence to the topic you're posting in and adds something that makes it worthwhile to resurrect.

Agreed with the 2 above posts.

It's not big enough of a problem to warrant such a change.
