exactly my point..

i'll be within visual distance from one of our guys, and within earshot of the enemy. i'll hear the enemy spraying our guy's general location like an idiot, then say to his friend "that f***ing sniper isn't calling his hits"

of course there is thick brush surrounding our guy, and the shooter is at least 150+ feet away.. but his rifle is the best..there's no way the guy he's shooting at is being missed...

do you get my drift? this has happened on more then one occasion, and many players can attest to our sportsmanship ;) hopefully you being one of them lol

Multicam or MARPAT. I find mixing Desert MARPAT with Woodland MARPAT blends in great. Don't go ALL desert because the terrain is not all desert.

Yeah only one issue. You tend to get shot at by the other team as well as by your team. May work great for camo but not so well for team identidifaction

i just realised i kind of took this way off-topic.. my apologies

Multicam will work great, if it's on it's own team... usually it doesn't work so great when players are forced to distinguish it from other misc patterns, such as DESPAT, ACU, MARPAT, then you can throw in 3-color DCU, BDU's, some random russian shit, contractor colors, some douche-bag wearing jeans and a tshirt

bottom line is, having solid uniform requirements would eliminate the whole friendly-fire issue. other then that, Multicam is great imo

the best way is to just tie a colored band around each player's arm, two colors; one for each team. red/blue works great..

Why would you be so far from your team as to get yourself confused as the enemy? If you're getting shot by both sides then don't shoot both sides yourself. It is called communication and situational awareness. Know how to communicate; know when to communicate; and know where your squad and/or team members are located at all times.

Go with Desert MARPAT as main, Josh16. What you decide to use for secondary is up to YOU!

WOW. Gopher suit huh? Definitely made me LOL!

team member 1: "Hey, what is that moving around in those bushes over there? I think that's their sniper."
team member 2: "Naw, don't worry about that, it's just the radioactive six-foot gophers."

On topic,
Everyone has opinions on this camo vs. that camo. Different ones work better than others depending on the terrain so picking a camo that closely resembles your primary location of play is the best and safest bet.
