Airsoft Items FOR SALE / WTS WE Tech M4/M16/416/SCAR Mags
« on: November 19, 2011, 07:14:39 PM »
I have 5 WE Tech brand M4/M16 style mags that I'm ready to part with. I sold my WE 416 and now have some mags left over. (4) Green Gas, (1) Co2. They will also work on the WE 416, which is what I ran them in. They are used and have been re-sealed using JB Weld at the seams. I have tried installing new o-rings twice on these mags but they always seemed to end up leaking again. So I grinded the seams and perminently sealed them with JB Weld. So far they have held up all summer except 1. I'm to lazy to take it apart and grind off the old JB Weld and re-seal it. I will mark it with Blue tape to let you know which is the leaky mag. I forgot to install the bolt catch mechanism on 2 of the mags I have the parts. The parts will be sent with the mags. You just have to install them back in the mags. These are listed on Ebay for $80 for all 5.

Asking $80 shipped

4 - Green gas mags (1 leaky and 3 sealed mag)
1 - Co2 Mag (Co2 mag NEVER LEAKED)

You nailed it on the first shot! It's a fuse (a.k.a. blade fuse, automotive fuse).

Not that easy. Slowly but surely they will. There will always be U.S. Military presense in the Middle East from this point on.

Accessories & Gear / Re: Element Comtac II, PTT and Handset review.
« on: August 30, 2010, 09:55:07 PM »
I have a set of original Peltor Comtac II's and a set of the Element replica Comtac's. As for comfort, after about 2 hours of wearing in a game I think the Element replica's feel the same as the Peltor's. The reasone being is when you wear eye protection the arms start to push on your ear from the pressure of the ear cups.

As for quality of the Element replica's. They're not to bad for something that comes out of China. I use the U-94 type PTT which works flawless for me. The only big difference the replica's don't have is the noise cancellation when loud noises are present like gun shots or instant high decible noises. Other than that I would give the Element replicas high marks. Something like a 7 or possibly an 8 out of 10. 10 being the best.

I came into this sport and automaticly I was verbaly assulted by some of these young guns. In my 3 months of playing I have noticed that half og the people 18 to 25 act just as bad as these children. It seriolsy worrys me. It seams we have a real problem in this world. The younger generation seems like they cannot own up to what they do. In the3 months or that I have been playing I've noticed this about a larg grop of players. Ya you may be old enough to drink but that doesn't mean a thing. These young adults lack responsability honesty and even though they say they hate drama there usualy the one's who start it. It hurts me to say this but because of you children and I'm not refering to the 13 to 18 group have completly ruined this sport. I never take sides unless the evidence is there I've done my reasherch. The people who I am talking about know who they are. So I say to this. Good job your just what the sport needs. Adults that act like wining children.

That felt like I was back in English class doing one of those "point out all the spelling and grammatical errors"  tests.

Enjoy whatever it is you will do next, Aerospace Engineer.

 My thoughts exactly. Welcome to one of the oldest topics that plague this forum Heckler.

I'm still in shock to know that I will never see my freind or run a long side with him. I may have not gotten as close to Christian as most of my fellow teammates. But the times I did spend with him, I always enjoyed every moment. His sarcastic and witty humor always made a dull moment brighter. I now have a void amonst my friends that will be hard to close for while. I will miss him deeply.

Rest in peace Christian

Some pictures that I took of Christian to remember him from back in the day.

So you've only given us a small piece of information. How about the brand of magazine, the company you bought them from. Was it from a website? How about sharing a link to the actual webpage if you did buy them from a website? Did you try contacting the company (I would start there)?

The company may have mixed the mags with low cap mags by accident. Can the mag be opened up to see the insides? There are tons of variables.

It's actually holding up well. After experiencing some set backs with using Co2 and sheering the nozzle in half. Everything else seems to be holding up well so far. I only have around 900 - 1000 rounds thru it. I still have not skrimished yet. I hope to make it out to a game soon to give it a real shake down. I'll keep you updated.

Im still not getting my question answered. This is turning into a fight when all i wanted was some advice or input on what to do with my gun. From now on, please in this post, dont put anything not having to do with the post. All of this couldve been solved in a PM.

Well let me answer your question Major League A**hole PRO (MLA PRO). The UBR is a nice addition to most M4/M16 platforms and can make your AEG look like a "Beast". I personally like the clean simple look of the CTR. Although the more I see the UBR installed on guns, the more it's starting to grow on me. If money is no object, install the UBR.

MLA PRO...As for Ganef, have you met him? You would eat your words if you did. But hey, your intelligent comment is internet ignorance and bravery at it's best. Let me educate you on Ganef. He is a highly respected individual here in the Arizona airsoft and real steel community. He's well known for producing customer gear used by military and law enforcment through out the United States. He is well versed in firearm operation and setup.

So if I were you. I'd choose my words a little more careful. Major League A**wipe PRO...or what ever that stands for.

For the most part you can purchase GBBR's for around the same price as most popular AEG's. GBBR's are coming out of their infant stages right now and are becoming more and more popular as the months go by. They definitely take some patience to deal with and being some what mechanically inclined will help you tremendously.

In the next year you'll probably start seeing more popular manufactures coming out with their versions of GBBR's. Right now the most popular manufactures are Western Arms, WE-Tech, KJW, AGM (No longer in business), VFC. Rumor has it that Classic Army is working on one now. :D

Here is the link everyone should be reading before posting items for sale.
http://airsoftarizona.com/forumbb/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=5425

As for people with small post counts. In the link above, it states that they can be a scam. I agree.
They also should be required to post a picture of the items for sale.

I think this was called Operation : Columbian Blend.

It's been done and was regarded as fun.

Is that the annual event held in Lebenon, TN., at the "Bad Kharma" field? Usually held in September.

As for the scenario. It seems like a good one for small to mid sized games. Maybe 10 - 20 players.

axisofoil

Watch your grammar.
And, what you're saying as far as your gearbox locking up makes no sense to me. It sounds more like your motor wasn't able to compress the spring all the way or that you put your gearbox together with the sector gear engaged with the piston already, not a problem with 'Timing' of a sector gear and tappet plate.

Ha, ha! +1 axisofoil. Ya got me!  =D>

You have to follow along while reading. There was never mention of the gearbox locking up. There was and still is plenty of juice and torque to compress the spring back. The damage to the piston was stripped teeth. Which also can contribute to a loss of FPS. Trust me I can tear down my AEG within minutes and find any problems with it. "Regardless", that's in the past and it's not my AEG that's in question.

Lets help our friend solve his problem with his.  :D
