1. Can someone tell me why there is another set of tamiya plugs in the middle of my wire harness (as opposed to the first set that normally connects the battery to the wire harness) of my KWA SR12?

2. Would it make more sense to replace those tamiya plugs with another set of deans plugs, or to just solder the wires together?

if it wont cause you potential problems in the future with dissasembly id say save yourself the money youd spend on deans an just solder them together i see no need to have yet another connectiion in your gun to potentialy come loose if its not needed, not that that is a common problem with deans, but why take the risk when its not needed.

there there to aid in disasembly of ur aeg, and to save the maker money, by only having to make one wire set for multiple guns.

i normally remove them just add resistance

Do you replace them with another set of Deans plugs or do you just solder the wires together?

on my personal aeg's yea. alot of people just soder them. that in the end just replaces the resistance from the tamaya to the soder that was added lol

i dont see the difference between just soldering them and soldering in deans connectors except for the connector. still gonna have solder for resistance.

yeah but it requires more soder to fuse two wires together than it does to fuse a wire to a dean connector..

i just do it the way that works best i used to just remove it and soder them together. but tends to work better with deans.. personal experience
