General Off-Topic Discussion / For anyone who plays "backed-up" games
« on: April 30, 2004, 10:28:18 AM »
If you play games that you didnt buy and want to try out the online play you can go to a sight called www.epcgaming.com. There you will find a piece of software call The All Seeing Eye this along with the instructions will tell you how to access hacked servers. It has servers for games like battle field vietnam and 1942, UT2004, ect.

AEG's / CA m15a1 problem
« on: February 10, 2004, 06:43:51 PM »
i have a ca m15a prob. when i first got it, it worked fine. i was shooting it and suddenly jammed. once i cleared the jam it will no longer shoot out any bb's. I checked the mag and it seems to be working fine it has pressure when the knob is cranked. If i leave the mag in and open the top reciever (take out the back bolt and open it to look at the inside) all the bb's come flowing out which leads me to believe that it is not a defective mag. An suggestions from anyone. The piston that actually hits the bb seems to be functioning properly when i pull the trigger and the upper reciever is off it moves back and forth.

Any help on this manner would be greatly appreciated.

AEG's / CA M15a4 carbine or TM M4A1, which should i choos
« on: September 16, 2003, 09:44:21 PM »
[?]I am brand new to the sport and currently have two gbb (glock and uzi), although they are fun i am ready to get a AEG. I really like the Classic Army M15A4 carbine's metal reciever, but i have never hurd anything about it. I also hear that the TM M4A1 is a very reliable weapon. HAS ANYONE HAD A CA M15A4,OR HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT?? If so did you like, any serious problems?

As far as the flyers i would do it, i dont know Ron more than meeting him once, so if someone who knew him would ask. i would make the flyers post it here for suggestions on mods. once there is a decidce as well as the lack of tax.  He said, well there is the "instant gratification" from buying it at a store.  Needless to say i wont be buying from them.   Just thought I'd post my experiance with them, and let you know what they are saying about the board....if it matters.

Just because he doesnt play with us, doesnt mean he wont support us. He still posts here so i assume he supports the cause. I know he hands out flyers for his group, i had recieved one when i was at the old gameon store. We could still see if he wishs to put our name out there. we wouldnt necessarily be saying endorse us just inform the customer. say, hey here are a couple of local groups, check it out and decide if its for you.

If the person comes to check us out and we dont like him we will naturally kind of be off base and he in turn will probably be turned off by the fact that the people didnt "really" enjoy him around. People dont hang around places they arent liked.

All i am saying is let more people know, im sure you will find more people who are quality to the game than ones that are not. besides if they are not die hard about it they will fade away within a couple of months.

Does Ron hand out flyers about AA with the purchase of every gun? We might want to approach him, if it is as busy as everyone is saying there are alot of new people out there with hardware and no one really to play with. I think this would really expand our cause and giving us a better chance to get the right kind of airsoft out there in the mainstream.

Just a thought

well if it did go off because he pulled the trigger,

what happened to the first rule of gun safety "keep your finger off the trigger until your ready to fire."

Im with Raven on this one, you put guys in a combat situation were they have possibly seen some of there buddies get killed you have to expect some type of acts of agression. Im not saying its right or wrong or that we shouldnt be the bigger man. Im just saying it doesnt suprise me.
