Bought Land, Any Good Airsoft Ideas
« on: September 16, 2015, 10:49:38 PM »
Hello fellow airsofters,
My team mates and I just recently bought land up by flagstaff in the ashtown
Area. We were just thinking what things should we build out there because we bought
Around 40 acers. We want to make it into a field were we can host events or games
For people to play not really a buissness. So any ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Knights

you should build a little replica durka durka town.  There are some painters in town that might be willing paint structures to look the part.

Or if you guys have a little bit deeper pockets, you could build or have built a good little MOUNT site.

We were thinking about making two main bases at each end of the map sence its a large area. Then incorperate the ideas between the two bases

Sure we are a new team that's about a year old and I'm the team captain. We just started going to events but not to any of the fields around phoenix but two of our guys have been going to fighter-town . We really enjoyed the crossfire event and were hoping to learn more on hosting events since we bought the land up North up by Ashfork and Saligmen.

If you can, trenches and pill boxes, take advantage kg the natural surroundings. I'm all for MOUT environments, but when they don't have any sort of military build up it doesn't feel like a war is being fought there, look at pictures of Stalin grad and such you can see fortifications built into the bombed out city and it makes for interesting firefights, plus who doesn't love trench sweeping?

If you are looking to hold a big event get a hold of Third Coast Airsoft. They are great for setting up events. They just ran a great game in Corpus Chrsti Texas.

Do you have a time frame when you think you'll be up and running for a game? This sounds really awesome.

One thing that I think would be pretty cool is if you made a divider to end up with 2 or three separate field areas. One area be nothing but team deathmatch, and another be random or voted games etc. Once a month host a scenario game on the grounds or something like that.
