Ok, I have to say that that was pretty good!  Especially coming from you!  ;)  ;)  ;)   Heh, just kidding.

Ya, you're set up looks pretty cool.  Though i know that I end up stripping down half my gear after the first game down here (though its just a bit hotter than cali.).

If you want to be really cool, you'll lose the boots and go with some good 'ol jungle boots.  WHo cares if they're old.... THEY LOOK SO MUCH BETTER WITH WOODLAND!  ANd tuck in them pant legs son!  (like i said, all my opinion here... i don't care for every modern custom :D  ).

Pistol mags are really where the weight is at when it comes to rigs!

No, that'd be real ammo. :)

As for the shoulder straps moving, take the free end that comes off the back and run it back again through the front-half of the triglide buckle then under your shoulder pads.  This will help lock the webbing.

Alternatively, you can make it roll up into itself or tape them.

I can't believe after all that work I did and money you spent, you're not using it as a cross-strap rig. :)

He just wanted what's new! If someone else has it.. he's gotta have it too, damnit!

And I know I've got tons of misc. stuff, and 16+ mags on me for LC4.. that tons of that stuff will be dumped. But I'm trying to get the necessities anyways.. which will be pathetic when I'm super worn, and look down and see whats to dump.. and.. theres nothing to dump..

People who ditch gear on the 2nd day (Or halfway through the first) didn't go through and figure out what works for them beforehand.

Chris brings up a good point, though.  Make sure you've tested and worn your stuff several times in the same manner that you're going to at an event before you go.  LC4 isn't a good time to be testing new stuff out if you're unsure of it.

Yeah, the PSP has music, bro.. so I'd use it for the same purpose. I don't go to bed without listening to 2-3 hours of music first.

Also.. I'll watch Invader Zim episodes in the car!
