Operation Irene IV
« on: October 01, 2006, 05:57:53 PM »
Well, we lost. Delta did good, but I guess Charlie did better. All comments on fuzzy math aside, the way it went was the way it was, and that's the way it is.

Here's some kind of neat pictures -- there'll be more later, and probably more after the official ones come out -- which should be awesome.

We're now at the baggage check waiting to get our stuff and then begin the longest trek I've ever had ahead of me : the trek home. I'm way tired.

I'll post a full AAR later, but, I give it, say,

4/5 psychotic death stares.

Glad to see you guys made it back okay.  I'm sure you gave'em hell and they were victorious by a slim margin.

Great pix...Vince, you look a lot like SF sporting that facial hair.  Scary.

In my opinion the whole game is decided in the first 15 mins due to the point system and nature of the game. Good use of the bike squad. Im glad John Lu didnt take 500 points off from C Co due to one guy. He needs to stick to his guns and if he states something is 100 points it needs to be 100 points, not that he feels like its worth x amount. Or that he cant add, so he estimates. You'd think that after doing all of these events he would have learned by now to bring a calculator with him and add the numbers up before giving the AAR

It was pretty cool watching them start.  We did get clearance from all the staff before using them.  Yeah, I would like to see the point system go away....

Not even CLOSE to big enough. Needs a Beast on there. I think it's a Surefire M97, I believe.

Its a Surefire M972 weapon light.  Mine is equipped with a ARMS mount which had a catastrophic failure when attacked by a rock.
