Ok guys so a huge pillar of this community passed today and I think the least we could do to honor everything he has done for me personally and for everyone who plays in Arizona is make a memorial patch for him. I'll be updating this post with some designs and votes and stuff but please give me some input. Like what should be included or where to have custom patches made.

Troubleshooting / Will a charger meant for NiCd batteries ruin a NiMH battery?

i just bought a 2000mAh NiMH battery, and realized i only have a charger thats meant for NiCd batteries, it is a smart charger, so im curious if this charger will ruin my NiMH battery?

it is a G&G main body so i would assume it is metal? but im not sure

im honestly in love with the masada, its a work of art. but alas its nowhere to be found.
i still dont have an AEG, and i am in need of one. now whats your guys opinion,
i could wait for the masada to come into production again [but then id get that ugly as buttstock >_>]

so im trying to get a moderatly nice gun for cqb AND midrange [ie. fightertown] but im on an extremely limited budget bcuz i currently dont have a job.
i know very little about what is good and what isnt. so any advice would be great!
i have a few guns i would like u guys to give ur opinions on. or possibly suggest ones u might think would b good.
im trying to steer clear of M4s and M16s simply because everyone has one and thats not the kind of guy i am. im not agains an M4 but it would have to b perfectly what i want for me to think about it.

ok so far those are the guns ive got my eye on IN ORDER of how much i want them lol. which do u think is best for both CQB and Midrange? or the best in general.
but obviously that piece of art they call the masada is my dream, i just cant afford it right now and i want to start playing already!  :P

im completely open to suggestions!! if u can make a case for the M4 then i might go with a jg s-systerm or something. just gimme all ur insight!! heh

i am almost completely new to airsoft, never played an actual game before, but i have some tactical experience. so i guess what im asking here is what kind of training missions do i need, or equipment do i need to play in any of these events?

like what kind of equipment do i need to play at fightertown? for example.

i currently have no vest or bag or anything like that.
i just have a gun and a paintball mask, i do happen to have a small camelback for hydration and a pair of BDUs

what else do i need?

AEG's / double eagle m85 hi cap mag

i have a kind of knock of mk36, the m85. its made by double eagle,my question is does anybody know of a hi cap magazine that will fit this weapon?
i can get extra 50rd mags for it for like $5 but i would really much rather have a hi cap.

i am technically new to airsoft, but not really. i know the mentallity because i used to paintball, and i know the military style strategy, however i dont know the rules or a whole lot about the weapons. i am thouroghly hoping to get into tournies later on like this one.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pkt-Q48l7gI or at least that style of play.
