Troubleshooting / G36 handle scope on a M4?

personal opinions and preferences aside,  would one of these fit on a M4's RIS and be accurate, i want a handle on my M4 but im getting sick of the  M16 style, it puts my scope/red dot too high for my eye :-k

my m4 doesnt feed from the mag unless i hold the mag up in the well, the hicap that came with the gun doesnt feed any better than the dogs of war i have.   i need to angle the gearbox or something... maybe that screw in the back of the buffer tube?  how do i adjust it? help asap gun in hand.     :) thanks

i got it from another guy on the form who never used it and hocked it to me but now my loadout has changed and ive found a better vest so

its a $256.00 vest but all i need is around 50 bucks for my new vest and some m4 internals.  50$ obo

i didnt look at all the prices, i had found digi pants earlyer at a second hand store and was hunting for a top


i figured id throw it up here to save someone some cash

*not truspec,  there G.I. used,  no large, biggest was M long   it fits me fine

when you walk through the entrance it was the building to the right, in the middle of the floor
