Just a last minute clarification on the rules:

No blind firing randomly around corners. If you feel like you must do so, please tell someone so that they may shoot you point blank in the face so you may experience what blind firing feels like and accomplishes. I realize this is going to happen alot anyways, since its not only cqb, but night, but just be careful.

No full auto guns over 400 fps.
No bolt action/single shooters over 500.
No pistols over 400.

Just wanted to clarify those two points, as I have been asked a few times what the FPS limits are, and dont enjoy getting shot in the face, pointblank.

Other then that, lets have fun. I dont like to sound like a rules lawyer, or anything of the sort, so lets go out and kick some âne(pardon my french).

See you ladies at 2100 hrs. Hope you get some sleep during the day.

Also note, I forgot to post, yes, the authorities have been notified, both of the fact that we will be playing tonight @ the ranch, and the possibility of it being overnight, with games in the morning either there OR jackrabbit trail. So we shouldnt have any probs with either plan.

uhh, this game has already happened... Check the title of the post again.

Its ok to love your AEG, just don't love your AEG.two first time players, who we all wanted to remain with the other four of us. As far as night games go, the lights definately contributed to it. I enjoyed being able to use my surefire as weapon, and doing just as much damage with it as I did with my airsoft weapons. Though it would be difficult, it would be neat to have teams seperated according to filters placed on their lights, with maybe one blue team and one red team, so when a light goes off you could use that to figure out where your team is. Of course, that would eliminate all of that wonderful confusion, which I found to be a lot of fun.

Who was going to finish the joke about how many airsofters it takes to kill a rattlesnake?

August 30th game, ranch, 9PM
« Reply #80 on: August 04, 2002, 10:40:05 AM »
Hey, I was just thinking about it, and talked about it a bit with the guys @ yesterdays game, and well..here is what I am thinking. On aug. 23rd (friday) have a game @ tonopah (the ranch) at around 9pm. Have it go til people are tired.

People keep wanting to do a night game, and tonopah seems to be the tamest of the locations that we play at (in that there are no sudden drop offs, etc), so I thought it would be a good choice for a night game.

Input?

Fighting terrorism is like being a goalkeeper. You can make a hundred brilliant saves but the only shot that people remember is the one that gets past you.
