Aimpoint Cantilever mount screw

I was wondering if there was a place where i could pick up a retention screw like the one in this pic:
I thought maybe they sold replacement ones that would fit on a gaurder Cantilever mount, Or maybe I could find something at the hardware store?[:(!]
