were can I buy a metal shotgun. not crappy walmart ones but a milslim gun

Get one of the M3 clones made by UTG. They usually cost about $50 - $60.

The ACM gas shotguns (Marushin clones) are metal but shoot over most field limits.

350?  Try 450.  Some would argue the single shot models can double as an entry level sniper rifle.
