KWA G17 Problem. Please Help!

So i just got a kwa (ksc whatever you want to call it) g17. got it from a friend who got it brand new in cali. Loving glocks i got my hands on it, know it had a problem. But I've never ran into this problem with other glocks I've owned (All ksc/kwa.)

Here is the problem:

Put the mag in, cock it, it shoots semi 1 or two shots, then goes into bursts for about 2 trigger pulls. then just shoot out all the gas.

I'm guessing it is a hammer problem.. That it is hitting the gas release and staying there maybe?

I'm just not entirely sure what is wrong and how to fix it, Hope someone can help!

Dissasemble it, lube it up, reassemble. I had the same problem with mine and that fixed it. Hope this helps!

Ps. Don't over lube!

See if the hammer spring is still good, if it is, check whatever locks the hammer spring back, it might be slipping because it's chipped or something. I've seen a LOT of glocks with this same problem, and it was because the hammer would slip out of the locking mechanism and shoot randomly. Like this thing would go off without it being touched. It was an 18 I think, maybe a 23.

Also when the hammer is decocked and the mag is in the gun the mag won't come out...

It may also be the mag. It sounds weird but on my g19 and 26 they are fussy sometimes.   One mag will shoot full auto or not reset the trigger box at all and the rest work fine.  No idea why that is but it just something ive noticed over the years of having them

Hmmm. Well i am not using the mag it came with due to him not giving it to me with it. I'm using a 50 rd kwa fpg mag

hmmm hard to say for sure if you only have 1 mag for it.   I know with my hi caps that the first 5-8 shots on COMPLETE gas fill usually does a sputter of full-ish auto and then it corrects its self. My suggestion after working with glocks for so long is try another mag and see if that fixes it and if not there must be a spring inside the trigger box that is wearing out and needs to be replaced.   After you lube everything up as someone previously stated.

i have the same problem with kwa 1911s its probably your airnozzle did all the gas shoot out the ejector port?

yup, but i think it might have been the mag, tried a friends different fpg mag it works "ok". kick is weaker than normal, sometimes kicks hard, sometimes doesnt.
