When it comes to turning the motor which is more important the discharge rate: "C", or the voltage?

Airsoft Items WANTED / WTB: Cheap loaner gun

I just bought an M4 off here the other day to use as a loaner gun for noobs for $40. I know, screaming deal... 
Last night my car was broken into with it and other valuables in the trunk, and it all got stolen 
. So I'm looking to replace it.
Looking to get pretty much any AEG, preferably an M4 variant. Want to spend around $50. If it doesn't work completely, no problem. I don't mind having to repair it as long as I can get it for cheap. So clean out the back of your closets and find that old AEG that you never use, dust it off, and offer up! Thanks for your consideration!

Please, if you're an athiest, muslim, vegitarian, or whatever, this isn't meant to be a debate, please don't make it that. I'm not pushing my personal views on anyone. I haven't been able to play lately because I haven't had anyone to go with. I use airsoft as my "guy" time, but I can hardly get any of my friends to come, they are usually too busy and less interested in airsoft than I am. I'm looking to hook up with some guys/gals with whom I share some commonalities with. I'm a 26 year old, married guy, with a daughter on the the way, and I'm trying to get as much trigger time in as possible. I live in Central Phoenix and I have a two-door Honda or a minivan I can use and am willing to carpool. I am free to play almost every Saturday, but not Sundays. I have all my own gear, and if you are a team already, I'd be willing to change my uniform. I am serious about airsoft.
If you are a Christian (any kind), and you are serious about airsoft and
want to play and even practice frequently. Please, don't reply, simply
send me a PM, e-mail, facebook or text and I'd love to chat and hang out and start

How important is it to discharge your battery? Can you just use a smart charger to charge it up every time and once you are done with it, leave it with a partial charge? Do you have to get a discharger or is there a free way to discharge your batteries safely?

My team an I went scouting this weekend and canvased this place:
Blue Wash. Coordinates: 33.878044, -111.817868
I took us 40 minutes to get there and it was a good 15 degrees cooler.
It's set up as a kind of King of The Hill area where the marker is, but there is a few square miles that we would have to work with.
I stood on top of the tallest peak in the South East corner of the field exactly where the marker is and took these pictures:

We have some great ideas of some ops we could do. Please let me know if you'd be interested. We'd like to get 30+ guys out there.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I was having trouble finding the answer on this forum...
What is the standardized Bang-Bang rule that we all will honor/respect? 10 feet? 20 feet? What about front encounters, or through bushes? I don't want to be the one that ruins the day for someone.
