Shoots great, doesn't like green gas at all.  Bolger has had one for a while so he can probably give you a better review than I can.

What, you can only use red gas in it? Hmmm, wouldn't bother me if I owned one, if I was shot by one then it might bother me.

I think its because of the all metal slide, might require that little bit more to move it back.

Mine works well on Coleman (US) propane. However, due to my leaving the mag charged for over a week, the seal dried and needed to be lubed.

Stopped in Jungletoy today. They have Co2 replacement mags in, but no idea when the regular extra magazines will be there.  :?

The thing shoots very well, and feels almost real with the heavy slide and gas blowback. Green gas won't provide enough oomph to get a whole magazine through.

For 100.00 it's a great pistol.

I find after putting a couple of mags through mine (with green gas) I started to see the white 'puffs' of gas when it fired, then it wouldn't cycle all the way.  Might just be because the gun and mag were both getting cold.

Hop-up looks like a pain to adjust, hope its already set (didn't get to shoot it over a long distance)

Here's where I bought my gun from, and two extra mags.  Arrived within two days.

Dumb question.... where do you get the propane adapter for filling the mags?

The best place to order it is probably http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/access.htm (http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/access.htm) . It's only 27 bucks.

My turn for a dumb question, what is WE. I'll know the answer once you tell me, I'm going though a brain fart right now :).

Care to elaborate?

I leave gas in all of my mags.  About 1/2 full.  I went away for 9 months and they were all fine when I got back, because I left them partially filled.  The 2 mags that I left empty would not hold a charge and had to have the O-rings replaced.

I have KJW M9 mags BTW, but the theory is still the same.

NOOOO!

www.airsoft-innovations.com (http://www.airsoft-innovations.com)  it's cheaper if you order it there.

BTW, EhobbyAsia is a great store :P

I bought one about 2 months ago. Love it!! The reason you're seeing the puff of gas come out when you shoot is there's an o-ring that's getting blown out of its groove when you use Green gas. Mine did the same thing. It shot fine after about 5-6 magazines. Then on a warm day it just blew the o-ring out of place. I brought it in to Dusty at JT. He took it apart and showed me were to place a very small dab of super glue to hold it in place. Just make sure you clean of the area and o-ring very well before you glue it, then relube after glue dries. I've not had a problem since.

If you call me I can walk you through it.

I lubed the heck out of the o-ring.  Hmm super glue, I may have to have you or Bolger show me how.

So once I switch to Red or Propane, all the problems should go away?  Or do I still need to superglue?

Apparently, the gas slowly leaked out for that week and dried out the O ring...

No, it will defintely happen with Red Gas. Yes, you'll still need to glue it down. The o-ring will not stay in place. I thought the same thing (if I lube the heck out of it, it shouldn't be a problem).

I checked, and my O-ring isn't budging, I think the green isn't strong enough to work the slide.  But that leads me to another question..

A lot of people are using Propane with the WE with no problems, but have problems with Green Gas.  Everybody tells me that green gas IS propane, so why isn't the green gas working, but propane does.....?

From what I've seen, the pressure of the propane in the Green Gas can isn't enough to get a full magazine thru the gun.

green gas is weaker propane with lube added. straight propane will power your gun, m79 cooked me up a fulled bottle of straight propane and it runs beautifully through my guns.

Wait, I'm not supposed to be using green gas in it? Crap... Now you tell me! :/

I was wondering about that little puff I saw... Might explain the other little problems too. ;)

Thx for the tip on gluing down the o-ring. Mine had popped loose from the piston head and lodged at the rear of the piston guide. After pulling the entire slide assenbly apart, unleasing a couple dozen swear words, and removing the o-ring, I managed to tack down the ring back into place - Voila! gun works again.

Yes, the Tokyo Marui's work. That's what I bought, they look and fit exactly alike. By the way, I lost one at the Dragon Flood Op last week. Stupid drop leg holster pushes on the mag release button.

Most holsters will trip the mag release :( . So far the only ones that havn't have been my Fobus paddle and my Bianchi MilSpec.

Might think about putting a lanyard ring on the mag and attaching it to your belt   Maybe even a reel....

Funny you mention the lanyard on the mag. I was just thinking the samething last night when I was getting my gear together. I run a lanyard on the pistol already. I might try the mag instead. I'd really like to get a Safariland holster. I may look into a Bianchi though.

Thanx for the suggestion.
