Most likely there is an issue between the mag's rubber seal, and the blow back chamber.  Does the mag still function when you simply press the vavle outside of the gun?

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety,

Take the slide off, and check the blow back chamber where the mag rubber seats up to the hole to take the gas in.  Look for damage, and if it is a model where the chamber slides, check to make sure it functions right.

Wait a second, I bet I know what it is.  If the mag got stuck, and you ripped it out, Im allmost positive that the, whatever it is, that hits the mag valve got fudged up.  I dont know that gun specifically, but take the grip and slide off and check it out.  Try and cock it and make sure the internal hammer hits properly.

Bring it to the game this weekend if you are going, and Ill see what I can do.

Hey Gust, Joseph's right. If you ripped the mag out like that it probably damaged the seal and hop-up unit. I'll try to make it to the game as well and see if I can help.

Yep I probably do.  A GBB mechanic I AM NOT, but I know Berettas, no matter the manufacturer.  I fix mine all the time, and I just gave Pancho a little advice.  Bring it to the game, and I shall take a look.  Oh yeah, and don't worry about having to pay me or anything crazy!  Its for a pal [;)]

Help with KWA M9 BR
« Reply #9 on: October 06, 2003, 11:55:34 AM »
Ok im not sure if i can explain this very well but i need help with my M9. At Midnightcook out one of my mags got jamed in the gun with about an inch and a half of the mag sticking out of the mag well. Now when we got the mag to come out the gun no long blows back. The mag goes in fine now, the hammer hits the gas release, eveything seems to be in good condition. Cant see any cracks, broken or displaced parts . But for some reason it will no longer blow back and the bb only rolls out of the barrel. Anyone that knows M9s, have any idea what could be causing this?
