Boot camp
« on: March 05, 2013, 11:46:16 PM »
I've been running my own boot camp training at a park, and well my obstacle is way to easy for me now. I need new ways of keeping in shape. Any boot camp/ obstacle ideas?
Next year i might actually run the Spartan race.

I use Tempe Paintball to keep fit. If my M4 was working last Friday you would know what I mean.

Then again, I pretty much played the same with Shaun's Hi-Cappa.

Tempe Paintball is the place to be. Haha I wish I'd be able to make it this weekend.

I can give you a look at the Army fitness manual. Tons of exercises and drills.

Pig egg ruck run.

it's pretty much a 50 lbs. sand bag rolled and taped up and placed in the bottom of your ruck (i.e. Alice Pack, ILBE, USMC Pack, etc.) and you run a minimum of 3 miles. (and for those of you fellow service men, this is not considered hazing. It's good training, rah.)
