AK TM Conversion to RPK

Hey guys, have some questions about converting my Tokyo Marui AK into an RPK, but don't want to spend too much money. So I have a long enough outer barrel and a bipod, but am trying to find a wood kit that is not too terribly expensive. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on rpk wood kits to buy since I saw this kit, but am not sure how well it would fitat all.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed or what kit to look into?

I live ten minutes away from Fox Airsoft, I wouldn't recommend buying from them - pretty much everyone I with play with hates them. As far as the conversion goes,  I personally like the folding stock and I believe a standard AK style handguard will work; I'd also pick up a carrying handle.

Thanks for the reply, but I have the wiring going to the stock so a wire stock is a no go. You know where I can find a akm style grip like that for a marui ak though?

Any surplus AK parts, specifically the handguard, will most likely work for a TM. My VFC AIMS is compatable with real steel parts.

Interesting, might have to take a closer look at real steel ak parts next time I go to a gun show haha

I'm not much of an AK guy but I do believe that VFC uses a different kind of front end/receiver than TM.

I'm not entirely sure how the TM takes down, but I assume real steel parts will work since airsoft versions are just cheaper-quality reproductions of the real steels. If not, a reel steel can be modified to fit pretty easily, and they're generally much cheaper.

And he doesn't have a VFC.  No trolling here, just trying to prevent him from buying something off your incorrect advice.
