We have almost hit our limit on the free admissions to our event.  There are only 2 free spaces available before we open up a limited amount of $20 admission tickets for those who register on-line at http://havocwargames.com before October 31. Early registeration will either close out on October 31st or after these 20 limited admission tickets sell out (whichever one comes first), and the only other way to obtain an admission ticket to our event will be to purchase one on game day for $40. For those who have to pay for an admission ticket, you will be allowed to play as either a Marine or an insurgent.

-A quick plug here, The Sandbox is well worth the drive if you haven't been there. The town ..yes, TOWN, is a tactical nightmare (And that's a good thing). Bring your A game, all the better players are signed up on both sides.
Victor and Ziggy run a top-notch operation. You'll kick yourself for not going.

Initial mission rules and briefings have been added to the original post to allow participants to familiarize themselves with the actual event's ativities.  Remember, these are a work in progress and may change up to the actual event date and the final version will be posted on AA and emailed to participants by October 31st.

To accommodate the number and types of vehicles our guests will be bringing out for this event, we will be designating the area right before the big wash crossing as the staging area for this event.  This will allow guests to bring pretty much any vehicle of their choosing and not worry about whether or not they can make it out to the event due to the road condition.

We will ask people arriving to pull off the side of the dirt road before entering the big wash and park their vehicles in an orderly fashion and prepare for the event as usual from this location.  Be sure not to block the road or the entrance to the big wash in order for staff to get to and from The Sandbox easily.

We will be conducting our usual check-in, chrono, safety briefing, and Mission 1 briefing from this location.  Teams will depart from the new staging area for Mission 1. Participants should carry ample food, water, and supplies with them during the event as we will not plan on returning to the staging area as a group for the duration of the event until it ends. Those who wish to return, may do so during game time or during breaks as long as they clear their weapons before heading back across the big wash.  Before the game begins, we will have a couple of staff vehicles and designate vehicles of participants capable crossing the big wash to ferry supplies for later use after Mission 1 to The Sandbox's typical staging area.  Designated vehicles will be allowed to go back and forth between The Sandbox and the new staging area during breaks to let people to return to their vehicles.

We will try to have staff on hand at the new staging area to monitor vehicles, but remember we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We hope you understand that we are trying to limit the impact on the dirt road leading in and out of The Sandbox due to the number of vehicles expected as well as preventing vehicles from getting stuck in the wash or crashing into the various road hazards along the way.

I am done updating the event info on the original post, and don't expect any major changes. If there are any inconsistencies or questions please send me a pm and I will try to clear it up. I will be sending the event packet by email (copy of the waivers, formal game info, and possibly a recent map of the combat town) to registered participants by October 27th. If you don't receive this email, and would like to receive this information , please send me an email at havocwargames@gmail.com and I will get this out to you as soon as possible.

We will have blank waivers on hand at the event, but if you pre-fill them out at home, we can get through the sign in process much quicker and start the missions sooner. If you filled a waiver out for 2013 at any of our previous events this year, we still have a copy on hand, and won't need another signed waiver from you at this time.

The 1st Battle of Fallujah will be Havoc War Games last public airsoft event as we plan on focusing the company's energy on serving customers who want to host their own private parties or have our staff design and run an event at The Sandbox for them.

Future public airsoft adventures will now be run by the staff of Marauders Tactical Training. Adventures will be 1, 2, and 3 day events once a month through fall, winter, and spring. For more information, go to www.MaraudersAdventureGroup.com

The official game packet email has been sent out to registered participants that I have email addresses for.  Please take a look and make sure you can open the documents.  Please forward to team mates especially if you signed up a bunch of your friends so that as many people of have the game packet and familiarize themselves with it as possible.

Hi,

I looked through the documents. Are smoke grenades allowed?

We will allow smoke grenades but they can only be thrown outside of buildings.

On a side note, I had two people withdraw from the game, and there are  now 2 spots opened up on the insurgents. If anyone wants to switch teams from the Marines, I will let the first two people who post on AA that they want to switch, move over to the insurgents.
