I like the idea but I think if it could work the NRA would have already tried that?  I think discrimination only works for race, religion and things of that nature.

Within the last few years, the anti-gunners have been using the courts as a
weapon against those who do not share thier belief. They have been
discriminatory and targeted the firearm manufacturers with frivilous lawsuits
merely designed to bankrupt manufacturers. This also costs us tax payer money
and further over-taxes our already taxed legal system.

It's high time we turned the tables.  Let's start leveling discrimination
lawsuits against people like Feinstein who have made public discriminatory
statements about gun owners. Perhaps they'll lay off when they realize they can
have the law used against them just as they have tried to use it against us.  The best way to encourage this is the get groups like the NRA behind such an initiative. [:)]
