They arent all metal tho. The KWC pistols are nice guns (the heavy weights at least, the lightweights blow). I have used a KWC beretta extensively and found it to be the most reliable GBB that I have ever seen.  The accuracy isnt the best, but it never failed me once. Rick

Choseone is refering to a Tokyo Marui MP5.  The ones that Sifu456 is talknig about are pieces of junk korean guns.  I have seen those guns go for $75, and even at that price, its a rip off. Rick

Well, G&P is the ONLY company that makes mid caps...so that narrows down your selection some. Just run a couple full loads of BBs thru them, and then let them sit full over night once w/ the mag full to break in the spring. (Note-the mag will not feed properly if the BBs have sat in it all night, so make sure you unload the mags and reload them right before you used them. Also some silicon oil inside the mag will help keep them functioning properly. Rick

Well, at the AA game at beaver springs I ran out of juice in my battery and the guy w/ the yellow nissan truck (I forgot his name) had a charger that he ran straight off his battery and I got a full charge in less than 15 minutes. Rick

Yeah, the long MP5 50 round mags will fit the MP5 (and look alot better too).  G&P makes 100 round mags that arent hi cap (ie no winding or rattle).  I have a mini battery in my M4 (600 Mah) and it usually lasts almost a whole day. So with 2 batterys and a few mags you would be fine.  At the last AA game I did fine w/ only 4 standard mags and one battery if I didnt shoot too much. More mags and another battery is on the way tho. Rick

Well, In order for the gun to cock itself the spring must compress into the fully back position. Rick

It is possible that something is missing when you reassembled the gun, or that the piston seal is torn.  The lack of a hop up unit would also cause a dramatic loss in power. Rick

Hey man, Sarge means to keep a very small charge in the gun (like a few shots worth) left in it. That keeps the seals in the "closed" position. And that will help them last longer. Rick

Well, again not goin from my experience, but from my recruiter S/SGT West's experience in Russia,(he is a scout sniper in the army) that the issue AKs over there, even when completly cleaned up, suffered jams much more frequently than the US guys and their dirty M-4s.  Again, I have had no hands on comparison of the 2 (however, Ive never had a M16 malfunction on me, except due to bad ammo) But I trust S/SGT West's comparison of the 2 rifles. Oh yeah, the army is reissuing the M14 as the M21 to one man in every infantry squad.  (According to my Sgt.) He said the armys rational is that every squad needs to have a guy that plays a more dedicated "sniper" type roll that can also provide support fire at range. Rick

I like the lightfighter drop leg one, does anyone have a suggestion for a butt-pack style one, just to compare? Thanks! Rick
