I had no problem with them when I ordered.  They ARE swamped with orders, as are most companies due to the current war(s). Rick

There were several threads open on this topic months ago; the general concensus is that Rick's right; they're swamped with orders because of the war.

It is said that on the eve of battle, Dienekes was told that the Persian archers were so numerous that, when they fired their volleys, the mass of arrows blocked out the sun.  \"Good,\" Dienekes laughed, \"then we\'ll have our battle in the shade.\"

I've ordered from them a few times. Good service but it took a little while which is to be expected with the current situation. Be patient they'll get it to ya.

I just thought it was odd, because I ordered a lot of stuff a few months ago and it came lickity-split. I guess I just got lucky last time.

BTW how long did your guy's orders take? I'd like to figure out an ETA if I could.

ALL gear companies are swamped.  Gear makers are particularly swamped.  Only Blackhawk has really been able to keep up with the op tempo for gear, but when you have huge factories, it's expected.  That said, they STILL have stuff out of stock on backordered until sometime between Nov to Feb.

As a gear vendor, i do my best to get back with customers in a few days if I am running behind.  However, I sometimes overlook an email or two (ask Raith...heheheh).  So...if you're worried...there is this neat invention, that has buttons and stuff that allows for comms over long distances.

IOW, pick up the phone and call them.

I am just as guilty as relying on email for my comms, but you CANNOT if you need certainty.  There is still not enough COMPLETE reliability to know for certain that a message has arrived.

I believe that any company should be able to answer as many emails as orders thry take. I understand that they are swamped, so I'm not going to put TT down. TT makes excellent gear and they usually have excellent customer service.

I never re-posted, but I had called them. Turns out, there is a 2 week delay on their holsters. I ordered a holster, so I should have my order shipped pretty soon (as it is nearly two weeks away from the order date).

Another mystery solved.

Maybe Tactical Tailor is ignoring me.

I made a order a week ago and I haven't heard a peep from these guys, even though I sent them e-mail. Is TT particularly swamped with orders or what?
I have used TT before (just a few months ago) and recieved good customer service and quick shipping, but this time I haven't even been able to talk to them via email, nor have I recieved my order or shipping notification. It's like they just took my money and are ignoring me.

I'm going to give them a call tomorrow, but I just wanted to know if anybody else is having this trouble and if I should just expect it.
