Mark is my Hero! No really, he is, he saved my life.  I was covering to the right and he to the left, kind of, as we were trying to move to a better position. Anyways someone jumped out from the left side and Mark yelled "take cover" as he tackled me to the ground leaving him hit and me being ok.  Then someone on our team took out the threat. Thanks Mark for saving my hide from some hot plasitc  :D

Had a great time at this game, gentlemen. Extra special thanks to Woody and David for being my on-again-off-again battle buddies, and to Jeff White, for being a master hill climber.

Vince, is there anyway I could get you to shoot me BEFORE I climb the hill next time?

As always had a blast this weekend. Thanks to everyone who showed up. The AO was great, I hope we can use it again soon.

I had a blast for the short time I was there.

I saw alot of new faces out there, which was great.

Rick, drive your ass down here and you can use my gat, gear, whatever you need bro.  You can give a TA50 class! 8)

For the part of the day I was able to play (Lame charger of mine didnt charge the battery for some reason...thanks to Spaz for bringing the car charger)
The second scenario was fun..but I did spend a lot of time flanking(With a few other people..Ganef, some guy with "zippy" on his hat and I think Sinjin?) only to have the game called when we made it to a good position.

It was nice putting faces to names and names/faces to avatars.
Some people I was able to recognize from old game photo's or their avatar...Sinjin i recognized from his picture of his gear in the sexxy gear section.

However, 420 miles(there and back) on the Sportrac later...I'm not sure I'll be driving that far for many games..I'll have to start meeting someone in tucson to go that far...Or learn to bring more than 1 cd on that long of a drive

You should ask Jeff about a long drive

Your flanking position at the end of the second game was known and it would have made for a great final fight. But I guess that's how the world works, I too have been there :)

I still have a nasty bruise on my leg from that second game. got clobbered hiding under a tree, tried to take out at least one of three before I got wasted at extreme close range, heh.

Wish I had a few grenades at the time.

19th is bad for me too, so hopefully there will be one another weekend.  the 12th is good for me, so if you want to make the drive down, I'll host a game.

Hunter-Ligget, huh?  Going hunting, or just running around with a compass and M16?

Its actually the Ranger Challenge competition for our Brigade.  Im NCIOC of our team so we will see how that goes.  Not much else to do out there in that part of Cali.  Cadet command got cheap this year, so we have to drive all the way out there which means no trip to San Fran (After the competition last year I had lunch 3 times within an hour and a half, it was heaven).

The 12th works for me.  I have to re-check all the points on our 60 point land nav course up here at some point that weekend, but Ill just pick the other day.

Do what the AV dudes do and get a Garmin! :P

Drop me a line here or "you know where" when you find out more.  I know of a gat you can borrow, and you got your own kit.
