I don't know about fake sordins but my real ones hurt after a few hours of wearing them. Comtac2s have more room inside the ear area and may be more comfortable for long wear. The fake ones also may have less stuff inside to push on your ear.

Yes, the stock pads are terrible, but then again I bough my pair 4-5years ago. Things have changed since then maybe. Converted to the gel seals a year or two ago, they feel better but still hurt after a while.

Yep, the gel seals allow you to wear the Sordins for 10 minutes without your head hurting instead of the 5 minutes of the stock pads.

yes but those are not made for the MSA headsets. you need these:

About half way down. I dont know if they will fit the replicas though.
