no one here would mind another airsoft store in the area. but asking people over and over again is simply redundant.

Agreed! It's just hyping me and probably others alike over something that probably isn't going to happen.

I can kind of understand why we keep getting posts like this up, since these people would be putting quite a bit of their money and time into making it a reality and they want to make sure there is actually an interest before doing so.  That said, it would be nice to see a few more of these proposals with a little more groundwork done beforehand.

If that was the case I would understand and welcome these threads, but if you look at whose posting them. Its people who have no "REAL" intensions or any "REAL" means of making these things a reality. The ones who keep posting these are underage, and have no real understanding of how the real, business world works.

I would love to see a thread like this from a person who has put in a lot of work in before hand. has permits already taken care of. real expeirence, and is just bounce locals ideas of the thread. but thats not the case. everyone here would like more stores and retailers. but lets not get peoples hopes up becuase you were just "curious" about how mant people would want one....

my $0.02 take it or leave it.

Exacty. Around 2,500$ enterence fee. Plus any building costs. I do want to make sure people are interested.

Lol I like how the first one of these "Would you like..." threads exploded, and now they barely get any responses at all, and mostly negative ones at that.

That said, a KWA outlet in AZ would be cool, but not really necessary. APD carries many different KWA models, as well as a few other stores around the valley, so a KWA store might be a bit redundant. Not to mention, I don't think it would ever survive. How many of us would go there just to LOOK at guns, but then end up purchasing them from somewhere else online because of a better price/coupon code discounts/no tax? That is the conundrum of many industries these days, especially airsoft, and why many retail stores are (unfortunately) struggling to survive.

Around $2,500, does that include attorneys fees, a business plan, insurance, both property and liability, zoning permits, among other necessary city and state permits, including AZ state resale license, the construction of a new building or the leasing of an existing building, power, water, possibly gas... Above all this would have to be accomplished by + 18 people to be legal...

As was already stated there are several airsoft businesses in the valley already, as a specialized business, one would be drawing from a limited base of customers...

The 2500$ fee is like I said, a fee to kwa for an enterence fee. As for all the other stuff, again it's just wondering if anyone is interested in kwa guns so it's not a complete waste.

Some of this stuff is quite possible for me but I don't want to be a big failure when no one buys from it.

Now speaking as an official Economist, I would like to put out the fact that its better to drop this. The building alone would run you more then you have conceived.

As an airsofter, I would say no. I have millions of KWA retailers available at one click, and to be honest, I would never buy any AEG that KWA currently sells.

And finally, as an AA resident douchebag, I would say LOL THESE THREADS
