Thanks, raith, I didn't know they were even updating that site anymore. This holster is freakin cool.

I wish they made them for 1911's. [smilie=armata_pdt_10.gif]

edit: If you read what they're all about, you'll want to buy from them even more.

Damn. I was lookin for a holster like that. I've got hte Bianchi now, but if that DID work for Para's, that'd have pissed me off just now.

I think greg was joking, if not, that is one fucking ugly holster dude, I'd rather put my sidearm in one of my M4 pouches, O and the TT or BLCS single m4 shingles work good as a pistol pouch too, if needed.

I don't think Greg was joking... A pistol in a M4 pouch is not very preferable in my opinion.

Lets see some photos of your TT Shingle pouch in action as a holster.

I have the BattleLab one, not the TT. Major real differences just being the DETLOC and Nattick snaps vs Malice clips, I'd imagine only the DETLOC makes a difference.

BUT Matt, I'll bring one of my shingles tomorrow...No room on my rig for it right now.

I just got a triple 9mm BLCS pistol pouch via fedex, I am very impressed, although the DETLOC is a VERY tight fit around my para mags.

Here is a link to the new Danish Camo Pattern:

It seems perfect for Europe, not for Iraq...lol

I do like the pattern though

I have a pair of pants I got from a Danish soldier in '97 that look just like that. Is that one pixelated? If not it is either not that new, or VERY similare to what they have been using since the mid-90s. If it is the same, it is just the same as the german flektar but with different colors. (Danes are quick to point out they were using flektar BEFORE the germans) If it is flektar, there is a version in 2 or 3 color (I can't remeber which) for use in the desert which is fairly new.

That is the Danish M84 pattern.  Its been around for a while.
LM, the desert version of that pattern I think you are referring to is called "tropentarn" or something like that.  It is the desert uniform for Germany, cool stuff --> http://media.militaryphotos.net/photos/ ... ee_closeup

My new Coyote Brown HSGI Wasatch from SKD Tactical-

I've only got 8/12 mags in it right now. I don't think I'd fill it up unless I had it on over armor for comfort. If the outer pouches aren't used, the sides fold around me nicely-

Triglides so the front can be worn alone as a chest rig-

Worn as a chest rig-

My 1911 fits nicely and the shock cord holds it very securely. Notice the CB grips and lanyard. :)

I've still gotta get a few more pouches on this thing before I'm "done"...

I just hope you don't bring THAT 1911 to a game, atleast not for play. I don't think any GBB would be a match for a .45 FMJ.

Looks good Greg, I will probably end up leaving the outer inner mag pouches on my satch empty too. Do you think you could do a favor and measure the length of those shoulder straps? I know they MUST be longer due to having the triglides.

Go with the BLCS line of pouches, you won't be dissapointed.

Greg, no matter how much gear you have, it won't mean your skills match mine!

Damn, that's badass. I was thinking about getting an OD one, but I'd be too much like Ian.. way too much.

Per AA rules.. no, I'm not going to carry a real gun while playing airsoft.

I don't wanna get them out because they are nicely packed away right now. But if you cinch the rear plate carrier up so that the shoulder pads touch both plate carriers, and let the rest of the shoulder straps hang down the back, there will be about 6 inches hanging past the bottom of the rear plate carrier.

I spoke with Gene at High Speed about this.  He said the straps that are shipping with the new version are longer..but since he was on the other line he didn't know off the top of his head how much longer.

I am guessing, without knowing how big Greg is, that the straps are about 8" longer than originally.  HSG will be making up new straps to sell as add-ons within the next several weeks.
