Well, you need a minimum of five people.

You need a squad leader, a rifleman, an antitank soldier, a medic and a sniper.

Ideally the squad leader would have a couple unlocks so that your team can be really good. If you have the patch and website unlocks that's even better.

After that, pick a cool tag and you're half way there.
