I'll sign up for green. I will need a ride across the river.

Gotcha. Make sure you show up early enough that you don't get left behind. Recommend you bring a radio with you and radio in on Channel 7 when you get to the wash.

K2-K3 is the peak. It will be very obvious when we get out there, we'll make sure everybody knows.

If you need a tournament lick, PM me with what lock you need.

AEG's / Re: Does the CYMA CM047D (Ak-102) come with a JG blue?

Trigger response: High torque motor + High speed gears + Mosfet.  I'm currently using a Tienly 30000 motor, with the siegtek 14:1 gears on a 7.4v lipo. Even with the lower voltage, trigger response is fantastic. Could probably be better if I used a 11.1 or a Tienly 35000, but I'm happy where it is currently.

Edit: Aaaannndd I just noticed this was a month old... :)

The mountain will be out of bounds for this game.

Edit: Some of the structures will be in play. Just the mountain and the upper platform will be out of bounds.

If your mosfet locks to semi, that is acceptable.

Very cool! What a find.

Just show up and bring your guns to the chrono station before chrono closes. What color are you going to be coming as?

Ah, bummer. Unfortunately your game ticket is non refundable, you'll have to just make sure you make it to the next game to use it up. :P

Get better soon, Trumpet.

Yep, no problem. One thing to note however, if you're not familiar with the AO, there is a stream that you have to cross to get there. You will need a high clearance vehicle (truck, suv, etc) to get across. If you do not have access to one, park near the stream (not too near, it rises sometimes) and wait outside your vehicle. Somebody will give you a ride across. If nobody comes by after a few, radio in on channel 7, and we'll come get you.
If you need a ride across, be there early, (7:00) as we won't be able to come get you when the game is about to start.

AO is Sasco, directions to the AO are in the original post next to "where".

Let me know if that answers your question or not.

General Airsoft Game Discussion / Re: Monthy Milsim
« on: March 08, 2015, 09:02:23 AM »
There is a National Event going on in the middle of April. We typically don't host local milsim games close to national game dates.

The milsim games take quite a bit of prep work and a bit of funding to host, and we often blow our budgets and spare time getting ready for the National Games.

Getting ready for this Sasco game has been tricky enough. Between building new props for Sasco, building a new rifle and new gear loadout for the New Mexico Game, and work, etc etc. You see where I'm going.

Due to all of that stuff, each team typically only hosts one or two games per year. That's why we've been trying to work together and spread out the game hosting with the other teams, to try and have games hosted every month. But so far only a few teams (off the top of my head, Shadow Viper, Desert Hawks, Sixth Column, Fox Company) have really put the effort into hosting the monthly milsims, so you're not going to see them every month unfortunately. (hopefully that changes as more people get involved and can share the load)
