Author Topic: Gearbox Airsoft Swapmeet SUNDAY, MARCH 28th 2010 (Read 3972 times)

Gearbox Airsoft is hosting C.A.T.A.S.S. 5 (Combat, Airsoft, Tactical, And Surplus Sale) on Sunday, March 28th. If you're unfamiliar with the sale, it's an excuse for quite a few of us on here to unload old gear, equipment, guns, etc. as well as meet many players from the area in person in an environment that doesn't require us shooting at each other in mock combat!

To allow more room for the sale and purchasers, we will once again be using the National Guard Armory, located just east of University and Rural, on the north side of the road. Drive to the north side of the building and you'll see where we are, just inside the bay doors. We're taking up the upper floor, and should have even more sellers than last time.

There will be a few tables available to use, but if you're planning on bringing multiple items then bring your own tables or something to put them on. Also, please keep track of the items you bring, as I'm sure there will be some similarities and we don't want things getting mixed up. Please RSVP in this thread if you need to reserve a table, or table space.

Post in this thread if you have any other questions.

Ill be there, I can bring my own table though.

Ill be looking for peq box's, a good lipo charger,a high quality sniper, a TM mp7, Shotguns[marushin's are ideal],ICS M4s[OGF, if your going to be at this bring that M4] and mabey an L85.

I think i will be there. I might actually sell some stuff..... Dude just call me about the M4 we can set something up before you spend all your money elsewhere :mrgreen:

Ron -- I had a thought. If you can bring a clothing rack, I think some of us can bring some uniforms on hangers and we can put them all in one place to sell. Maybe have a consistent way of labeling them with size, price and owner(? - price gun -?).

Hell yea we will be there, a chance to mingle and meet folks, and not being concerned about keeping my head and Ass down. Not to mention a chance to pick up some gear....

Great idea, I'll bring the rack and price gun! Try to bring your own hangers, I don't think I'll have enough for everyone that might need some.

no need to bring tables really, the armory has plenty of tables. I'm gonna bring in my 360 for the big screen we have in the room.

i would assume there is no age limit for a swap meet...

I have an ICS battery box[without a battery] with a laser module. Might be interested in some of your gear, Ill be sure to keep an eye out for your table.
