Those who say the M4 is 'over rated' are wrong, the M4 is one of the most popular weapons in the world for a reason.  Go out and buy any high quality M4 and use conversion kits as needed.  For example, for a CQB area collapse the stock and attach a CQB style barrel.  Simple

Or just get the Derringer thing...
