Honestly, if someone with a rifle comes within arms length to me, I'm going to push the end of the barrel out of my way.

sounds about right. this will sound like the ignorant teenager I am, but I will be pushing barrels out of my way and doing a self inforced "bang bang rule" if you wanted to call it that. Think of it this way, if I stuck an airsoft gun the shoots past 330 w/ .25s 2 feet from your chest, I think that you would rather push it away than be shot by it. and I will be wearing just a T-shirt for some rounds.

P.S. how much will one of those plates cost so i can put it underneath me.

Well another way you can tell if a person is a zombie or not is if they have a gun.

Asking again, how about rules for melee weapons? Just got a nice plastic bat from 99. Only, -Smacked my own noggin in front of the Wife to show it doesn't hurt.. Kosher, or no?
Lots of good cheap soft weapons in the stores now.

It's like a solid Whiffle bat. I used one just like it at the Zombie Game at Vanguard  a year back, and no complaints.
I really don't plan to use it to conk 'ya. It's better utilised as a jabbing stand-off kinda thing.
Patti cringed as I whacked myself hard about fifteen times over and over in the head with it.. No problems, I was grinning.

there should of been a post before on aa it has to be a foam weapon or non ridiged.
